Blackjack3 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the blackjack3 online entertainment platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services offered by us.

By accessing or using the blackjack3 platform in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that your use of the platform is lawful under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account on the blackjack3 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing your full name exactly as it appears on your official identification document.
• Using a valid and active email address that belongs solely to you.
• Set a strong password using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Providing a valid and active phone number for account verification purposes.
• Completing the identity verification (KYC) process when requested by the platform.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. blackjack3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account security has been compromised.

The KYC verification process requires you to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of current residential address, and in some cases, additional documents relating to source of funds. 4Deposit & Withdrawal

6Game Rules

All games offered on the blackjack3 platform — including slots, fish shooting, live casino, sports betting, and table games — operate according to the rules established for each respective game.

• The outcome of all online casino games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an accredited independent body.
• Wins will be credited to the user's account automatically once the game result is finalized.
• In the event of a technical fault or connection disruption during an active game, blackjack3 will use stored server records to determine a fair outcome.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any technical tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• For sports betting, results will be finalised based on the official outcome declared by the relevant sports governing body.

7User Conduct

Blackjack3 is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all users. As such, users are required to adhere to the following standards of conduct at all times while using the platform:

• Using the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial purpose without written consent from blackjack3.
• Not using abusive, threatening, or offensive language in any interaction with the support team or other users.
• Not sharing your account login credentials with any other party.
• Not attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or performing any action that could compromise system security.

Termination by blackjack3: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
